How does the culinary arts program work?
This program offers training for jobs in businesses that offer culinary services. Entry-level training courses, followed by advanced courses that build on the knowledge and abilities learned in prerequisite courses.
The curriculum for the program includes classes in culinary sanitation, baking and pastry, food and equipment use and identification, marketing, legal control, and financial analysis. In production-focused laboratories, students will practice using those skills.
